CUE/BIN files only works in “raw” format. MP3-encoding of audio tracks (or other track encoding) is not not supported (Not yet anyway).

Thanks for the reply. I guess a work around is mounting the iso image and loading as a simulated CD drive rather than the cue/iso directly.

FS-UAE only supports CD images, not reading from physical drives. So plain ISO images and CD images in BIN/CUE format is what’s currently supported.

Yes, you can use ~/.config/fs-uae/fs-uae.conf instead of Default.fs-uae and set the option base_dir. Or you can add base_dir as a program argument to fs-uae.
